Ipad Remote Control For Mac

If you want to control media and media apps on your iMac from your iPad or other iDevice, there are either decicated remote controls and software media remote controls that can control a Mac over WiFi or Bluetooth.

Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions do not allow remote control of the screen on iOS either. MDM can push configuration profiles to control settings on an iPad, or prompt the user to install an app from the app store, but they can't control the screen. Remote Control for Mac is another excellent example of an iOS utility that Siri shortcuts makes more useful. Instead of grabbing my iPhone, finding the app, and hunting for the command I want, I can take care of waking my Mac and turning on the lights with one Siri command.

Apple has its own remote app simply called Remote.
